Creator pricing has no public price list. A $2,000 TikTok quote could be fair, generous, or padded, and there's no way to know just by staring at it. Most marketers either pay whatever's asked or push back with no real basis for the number they're pushing back with.

What it does

Influencer Negotiation Assistant starts from a rule most pricing tools skip: it never pretends to know an exact market price. Instead:

  • A reasoned range, not a fake number. Low and high estimates with every assumption stated next to them (engagement rate assumed, base rate anchored on platform norm), so you can correct any assumption and get a recompute
  • Rate drivers priced separately, never bundled silently: usage rights beyond organic, exclusivity, whitelisting, production complexity, urgency, each with its own typical markup
  • A quality read that changes the frame, not just the number. Strong authority justifies a premium. Weak authenticity signals mean "don't buy at any price until verified", not a discount. Poor brand fit is a scope problem, not a price problem
  • A media kit audit, if you upload one: engagement checked against claimed followers and views, vanity metrics flagged, missing data called out, always framed as "worth verifying," never as an accusation
  • A negotiation strategy built on the PREP framework: prepare your range before any message, lead with scope changes before asking for a discount, offer two or three concrete repackagings at different price points, then a ready-to-send counter-offer message that never uses the word "cheap" or implies the creator is overpriced
  • A clear go / negotiate / reject call, with walk-away criteria stated upfront

If the campaign has a measurable goal like signups or demos, it can anchor the ceiling on what a conversion is actually worth to you rather than generic market rates, which is a stronger frame than "is this fair vs. the market."

The relationship rules are non-negotiable: no lowballing, no manufactured negotiations when a quote is already fair, exposure is never treated as compensation, and every deal needs disclosure terms, a revision cap, a payment schedule, and time-boxed usage rights regardless of price.

How to install

  1. Download the ZIP.
  2. In Claude, go to Settings > Customize > Skills.
  3. Click the + button, then Create skill.
  4. Upload the ZIP (it needs the skill folder itself at the root, not just the files inside it).
  5. Toggle it on.

Next time a creator's quote lands in your inbox and you're not sure if it's fair, or you need to counter an offer, this skill runs automatically. No need to reference it by name.

Who it's for

Anyone negotiating against a professional talent manager without a pricing benchmark of their own, marketers running their first few paid partnerships, founders getting quoted numbers they can't sanity-check. The weakest input in any pricing assessment is self-reported data; Favikon's free price calculator gives a quick directional anchor, and verified authority and authenticity scores replace the media kit's own numbers with something independently checked before you send a counter-offer.
